A New Year and back to work

I started back to work on Jan 2nd - yes in a snow storm with a shortened first day and a closed second day. I have one week under my belt and tomorrow I fly to OR for our company meeting.  It will be hard to leave the girls, but they like to skype and facetime, so I will at least get to see them while I am gone.  That said, I haven't had a lot of time to take pictures lately, but I will be home for the 5 month mark and promise to post a lot of pictures that day!  The pictures below are from New Years and the first two weeks of the year.  They are growing so much, now that I am back at work I can see the changes a little better.  Key to pictures Pink outfits are Ellie, Purple is Maddie
